Waterhouse Restaurant

Established in 2011, The Waterhouse has become one of the Monadnock region's premier destinations for casual fine dining offering views of the Nubanusit river from our picturesque patio or spacious dining room. With an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and unique combinations of flavor, our chefs strive to create meals to impress. And, with an extensive reserve wine list and innovative dessert specials, your culinary experience is complete.

The Waterhouse has it’s own garden which supplies many of the fresh vegetables we serve during the growing season including; exotic greens, tomatoes, squashes and carrots.

We are proud to serve our burgers hand formed from beef locally raised at Fry Farm in Hancock, NH or Hilltop Farm in Mason, NH.
