The Waterhouse has its own garden which supplies many of the fresh vegetables we serve during the growing season. Exotic fresh greens, carrots, squashes and heirloom tomatoes provide inspiration for our recipes when available, and come from the garden directly to our menu offerings

We are also proud to serve our burgers hand formed from beef locally raised at Fry Farm in Hancock, NH or Hilltop Farm in Mason, NH. And, specialty cuts of grass fed or wagyu beef make the center of some of our most popular specials

We have taken the initiative to develop an atmosphere where guests and staff can feel safe and comfortable. We have established sanitizing areas and are adhering to guidelines ensuring a more contact-free, and clean environment. We have also installed a Bi-Polar ionization system which kills virus molecules and is the same system used in some hospitals We take pride in the restaurant we are, and in giving you the ability to continue to dine out safely!
